Dixie Stampede in Pigeon Forge

Dixie Stampede in Pigeon Forge is a fun family dinner show to go and see. It boasts a 4 course meal, with competitions between the North and the South. The food is really good and you get to eat with your hands. That's right no silverware. At Dixie Stampede your dinner will consist of a whole rotisserie chicken, a pork loin, corn cob, potatoes, creamy vegatable soup, biscuit, apple turnover and all you can drink sodas.

The show lasts around 2.5 hours. The show consists of horse stunts, comedy acts, animal races, competitions between the North and the South. Also people from the audience are selected to perform in some of the contests. New for 2011 is the return of the buffalo.
