The view was beautiful, cabin is nice, though the family room's furniture is old/worn. Lady bugs were numerous, very irritating. Constant clean up was necessary. Front office was contacted and attempted to address the problem. Parking was difficult.

We stayed here in August 2012. The cabin was gorgeous and service was great. We have rented from 4 different companies in the Smokies, we have decided Great Outdoor Rentals is the one we will continue to rent from. While in this cabin the electricity went out on the entire mountain due to a storm. I freaked out for about 10 seconds and then suddenly faint lights came on in our cabin. The cabin was equipped with emergency flash lights that were plugged into outlets upstairs and downstairs and came on instantly after the power source went out. Great comfort.

My family and I stayed here a week ago..it was wonderful a very spectacular view of the mountains. The drive up was pretty steep but worth it. it was very peaceful and we go to see the infamous rocky the raccoon which I guess is a regular at this cabin..would definatly stay here again
