We stayed in the Heaven on Earth cabin for the first time August 2018 for 4 days. We have rented from Great Outdoor rentals a few different times and the service is great. I give this cabin a 3 because it is the same price point as cabins we have rented in the past but needs a little TLC compared to the others. Although the view is amazing and the porch was amazing as well the cabin is in need for some major updates. Our hot tubs jets only worked on one side which was a major let down and the jacuzzi ran out of hot water before you could turn on the jets. The screen door to the deck was ripped from mid way down the screen all the way to the bottom. Lastly the bed was so hard... after one night of sleeping on it we had to go buy a mattress pad to put on it to be able to sleep in it again. It wasn’t all bad... just leaving this review because I believe people should know these things. On the positive side the location was just what we were looking for, shaded and secluded. The cabin was fully stocked with towels dishes hand soaps, coffee pot. Couch was cozy. It has cable and a washer and dryer which was very convenient. Can’t say I would rent this cabin again but I will recommend Great Outdoor Rentals... with this review hopefully things get fixed in this cabin.

We stayed here Dec 29-Jan 2. Booking staff was very nice. The location of this cabin was great. Last cabin on the street and just minutes from town, which was great. The cabin is very outdated and could use some TLC. Both TVs very small and not clear. Refrigerator had started to rust on the front. Lots of dog scratches around the doors. This cabin has a lot of potential with some updating. It was a little pricey for what you actually get. Over all we did have a great family trip in the Smokies, which is our favorite place to vacate.

My husband, daughter and I stayed there in June 2017 and would stay there again in a heartbeat. My teen loved having the upstairs loft to herself. We loved the house being the last one on a dead end road, the ramp that made it easy to roll our luggage and ice chest to the house instead of lugging it all up a set of stairs, the back yard that our dogs could run around in, the hot tub that was hot and ready to use upon our arrival. Even though we were up on the mountain, it doesn't take long to get to the main attractions in Pigeon Forge. There was plenty of parking space and the driveway to the cabin isn't steep. We had a hard time figuring out how to work the DVD player (better instructions needed) but when we called about it, the office had someone from maintenance walk us through it step by step even though it was in the evening time. We did not use every appliance available but everything we did use worked just fine. We had every meal at the house except for our last night there. The cabin is spacious, was clean and inviting. We truly felt at home there.
